Objective

The IVI Consortium's objective is to foster a networked community where academia, commercial and non-commercial organisations can participate in IVI's research, share leading theories and industry best practices. IVI's membership program is targeted at those interested in the development of frameworks and tools for managing Information Technology investments and the management of the processes that support systemic innovation.

The Consortium's goal is to work through IVI to develop a unifying approach for managing the value of IT investments, managing the process of IT innovation and validating that these approaches have a broad applicability across differing industries and contexts.

Consortium members will

• grow a like-minded community
• assist in the definition and validation of processes, practices and metrics to support IT value management and IT enabled innovation
• benefit from the promotion and implementation of these processes, practices and metrics

to enable private and public sector organisations to deliver more value from IT and to support IT enabled innovation.
