IT Innovation CMM

An IT Innovation Capability Maturity Framework is currently in development. This framework will offer IT and Business people a structured road-map for improving the organisation's capability to support IT enabled innovation inside and outside the organisation.

Understanding the process of innovation will focus research on identifying and characterising the key practices to support IT enabled innovation, determining the appropriate organisational infrastructure pre-requisites for innovation and determining how the process and outcome of innovation can be managed and measured.
